8-oz Cream Cheese, softened (Neufchatel works great & is a bit healthier)
3 T Butter, melted
2 C Chicken, cooked and cubed
1/4 tsp. Salt
Pepper, to taste
2 T Milk
2 Green Onions, sliced
1 (8-oz) can Crescent Rolls
1 C Ritz crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend cream cheese with butter until smooth.
Add the next six ingredients and mix well.
Separate crescents into 4 rectangles, pressing seams together.
Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture in the middle of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners to the top, center of mixture and twist slightly; seal edges by pinching.
Brush tops with remaining butter and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
